Senior Fitness Class

This class will get you moving, build strength, and feel great in a welcoming, low impact class. This class combines energetic music with exercises to keep you active, independent, and energized.

What to Expect:

Upbeat Warm-Up:  Start the class with fun, heart-pumping warm-up set to lively music that gets your energy flowing.

Seated and standing exercises:  Use a sturdy chair for support, seated or standing exercises, making the class safe and accessible for all mobility levels.

Resistance Training:  Build muscle, protect your joints, and improve flexibility using Thera-bands and occasional light hand weights,

Relaxing Cool-Down: Finish the session with a soothing, full body stretch to release tension and leave you feeling refreshed
